Advancing in real estate technologies is something that we are aiming towards, and is now one of the main goals of Case3D. Combining architectural visualization with virtual techniques is resulting in a very powerful sales tool that is taking over the real estate world by storm, and we’re now utilizing its full potential. This particular project represents a massive step into the Dubai real estate market which grows every single day.


The Project

Our client, Nshama – Dubai Property Developer, as one of the leading developers in Dubai is developing an astonishing 300 acre Town Square. The Town Square is a completely state of the art residential area. It would contain every single amenity on a large scale, from recreation areas, to schools and anything else you might think of when you think of a modern, upscale life. As part of this project, we were to create architectural visualizations for three apartments (a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment) in one of the Town Square buildings in the form of a 360 panorama virtual tour. This means that potential buyers would be able to get a full look into one of the apartments and go through the rooms as if they were actually there, on any device.

Beginning this project was mostly like any other. We would get inputs with the design references for the rooms, floorplans of the apartments and any other details that we should need for a basic render. However, the main difference was that we needed to render out a 360 degree render for each room and then begin the process of creating the app itself.

The Interface

The next step was to connect those 360 images into complete apartment tours, with a map, location points and other important interface elements. Determining the flow of every apartment was based on following the floorplan. The logics of location points were based on going into one room from another, while always knowing where you are in the apartment itself.

Not only that you could walk through an apartment and only experience the view from a terrace, but you can also experience the exterior of Town Square Dubai. This is a really impressive selling tool since you are giving potential buyers a much more elaborate presentation of their future home.

The App

Once we’ve coded the apartments into a single online 360 panoramic application, it was ready to launch and impress.
